New to affiliate marketing, or just to this niche? Here are the core terms you'll encounter across the AI Girlfriend Affiliate network, in plain English.

Payout and earnings

• EPC — Effective earnings per click: average revenue per click, blending payout and conversion rate.
• CPA — Cost Per Action: a fixed payout when a referred user completes a defined action.
• PPS — Pay Per Sale: a payout tied specifically to a completed purchase.
• RevShare — A percentage of a referred user's revenue, paid for as long as they keep paying.
• Hybrid — An upfront CPA plus ongoing RevShare.

Tracking and attribution

• Tracking link — Your unique URL that tags visitors with your affiliate code.
• Cookie window — How long after a click a conversion still credits you.
• Postback — A server-to-server call the advertiser fires on a conversion, crediting it to you.
• click_id / transaction_id — Identifiers used to attribute and de-duplicate conversions.
• SubID — A parameter you add to a link to attribute performance to a specific source or campaign.

Quality and performance

• Conversion rate — Share of clicks that become the tracked action.
• Approval rate — Share of conversions the advertiser accepts and pays for.
• Refund rate — Share of conversions later refunded or charged back, which can reverse a commission.
• Maturity rating — Whether an offer is SFW, 18+ or mixed, which governs where you can promote it.
